Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

Services

Grozaco provides business growth services including customer acquisition systems, online presence optimization, and business automation solutions. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Custom business growth systems and websites.
  • Online booking and order management systems.
  • Search engine optimization and Google visibility.
  • Business automation and customer management.
  • Ongoing support and growth optimization.

The specific scope of services for each project will be outlined in a separate project agreement or proposal provided to the client.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows unless otherwise agreed upon in writing:

  • A deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required before work begins.
  • The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before the final deliverables are handed over or published.
  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy.
  • Late payments may incur additional charges and may result in suspension of services.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables developed specifically for their project. However:

  • Grozaco retains the right to use the project in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.
  • Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses.
  • Proprietary frameworks, tools, and reusable code libraries developed by Grozaco remain our intellectual property.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely project completion, clients are expected to:

  • Provide all required content, images, and materials in a timely manner.
  • Respond to communications and review requests within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Provide accurate and complete information about their business.
  • Ensure they have the rights to any content they provide.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grozaco shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use our services.
  • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
  • Loss of revenue or anticipated profits.
  • Any third-party service interruptions or failures.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

Results Disclaimer

While we share real results from real clients, individual results may vary based on factors including industry, location, competition, and client participation. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as revenue increases or customer growth numbers.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement under the following conditions:

  • By the client: With written notice. Any work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly.
  • By Grozaco: If the client breaches these terms, fails to make payments, or becomes unresponsive for more than 30 days.

Upon termination, the client will receive all completed work for which payment has been made.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
