- Project Not Started: If you cancel your project before any design or development work has begun, you are eligible for a full refund of your deposit.
- Service Not Delivered: If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeframe (excluding delays caused by the client), a partial or full refund may be issued.
- Significant Deviation: If the delivered work significantly deviates from the agreed-upon project scope and cannot be corrected within a reasonable number of revisions.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide a clear description of the reason for your refund request along with any supporting documentation.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 10-15 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Completed Projects: Work that has been completed, approved, and delivered to the client.
- Third-Party Costs: Fees paid to third parties on your behalf, including domain registration, hosting, premium tools, or stock images.
- Custom Development: Custom features or automations that have been developed and delivered, even if the overall project is cancelled.
- Consultation Fees: Charges for consultations, strategy sessions, or growth planning that have already been conducted.
- Client-Caused Delays: If project delays are caused by the client's failure to provide content, feedback, or approvals in a timely manner.
Partial Refunds
In cases where work has partially been completed, a partial refund may be issued. The refund amount will be calculated based on:
- The percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation.
- Hours of design and development work already invested.
- Any third-party costs already incurred.
Timeline
Please keep the following timelines in mind:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the project delivery date or the last payment made.
- Review period: We will review and respond to your request within 5 business days.
- Processing time: Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days.
